Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your investment with Rachel Smith Coaching, LLC. Please review the following refund policies for each type of service.

1:1 Coaching Sessions

  • Refunds are not issued once coaching sessions have begun.
  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Executive & Corporate Engagements

  • Executive and corporate consulting engagements are billed per the terms of the signed contract.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Scheduled dates may be shifted in accordance with the terms outlined in the contract.

Digital Products

  • All sales of digital products, including courses, guides, and downloadable materials, are final.
  • If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
