Refund Policy

Thank you for investing in coaching with Rachel Smith Coaching, LLC. I'm committed to delivering high-impact experiences for both individual clients and corporate partners. This policy ensures clarity for all service types.

1:1 Coaching Services

Because coaching is a time-based and personalized service, refunds are not issued once sessions have begun. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited.

If you're dissatisfied with your experience, please reach out. My goal is always to provide value and support resolution.

Executive & Corporate Coaching/Consulting

Custom coaching or consulting packages for organizations (team sessions, leadership programs, strategy workshops) are billed according to agreed-upon terms. A signed contract is required for corporate work.

Deposits and retainers are non-refundable. If dates need to shift, notice must be provided as outlined in your contract. I aim to remain flexible while respecting both our commitments.

Digital Products or Downloads
