Starting in Call Center Work
Took a part-time call center job in college and discovered a natural talent for connecting with people. What started as a way to pay tuition became the foundation of a career built on understanding human potential.

Promoted to supervisor, then into management positions. Turned around struggling departments by focusing on people first, processes second. Learned that leadership isn't about authority — it's about influence.
The Light Bulb Moment
Reached a breaking point working 80 hours a week. Had a profound awakening about purpose beyond conventional leadership. Realized that true success isn't measured by titles or hours logged, but by the impact you create and the life you live.
