Starting in Call Center Work

My professional journey began in college when I took a part-time call center job. What started as "quick, easy money" with flexible hours became the foundation of my career. Though it wasn't my planned path, it revealed my natural talent for connecting with people and driving results.

Rising Through the Ranks

Within months, I was promoted to supervisor, leading a team of agents. This began my leadership journey as I discovered my ability to see potential in others, identify system improvements, and implement innovative solutions that others missed. I continued advancing through management positions, building a reputation for turning around struggling departments.

The Light Bulb Moment

During a particularly intense period working nearly 80 hours a week, I reached a breaking point and then, a light bulb moment. Though I'd never seen a psychic before, I felt an undeniable intuitive pull. That surprising encounter sparked a profound awakening about my purpose beyond conventional leadership.

Vice President of Sales

As my career advanced, I transitioned from working in companies to working with them. In my role as Vice President of Sales, I helped develop leadership programs for local business communities, partnering with business owners, CEOs, and executive teams. I focused on engaging businesses and creating strategic initiatives that strengthened their leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness. This collaborative work cultivated my expertise in leadership development and strategic planning across diverse business environments.

From this moment, I immersed myself in personal and professional growth, learning from some of the best, driven to understand myself more deeply and lead with greater purpose.

Certified Life Coach

In 2018, I became a certified life coach while still working in corporate leadership. This formal training gave me the framework to understand and develop my intuitive abilities alongside my proven leadership skills. I began applying these combined approaches within my corporate role, seeing remarkable results in team performance and problem-solving.

Director of Global Operations

As a Director of Global Operations, I led operational excellence initiatives focused on creating operational consistency, cross-functional alignment, and financial analytics. My leadership delivered strong KPI achievement while developing training programs and building relationships based on trust across multiple countries. During this time, I began consciously integrating intuitive practices with traditional leadership methods.

Intuitive Coach

After 25+ years in corporate leadership, I made the decision to leave my role as Director of Global Operations to fully commit to my calling as an intuitive coach. Today, I serve both individuals and organizations, offering personal coaching for life transitions and deeper self-awareness alongside professional coaching for executives and leaders. I combine my corporate expertise with intuitive methods to help clients see new possibilities and transform both their personal journeys and leadership approaches.
